HUMAN CORE PROVIDES THIS INFORMATION AND ITS BADGES "AS IS". By using Human Core Badges or incorporating the metadata associated with this License, you (the "Creator") agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Introduction & Purpose

The Human Core Public Certification License (the "License") is established in response to the proliferation of content generated by algorithmic processes and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. Its fundamental purpose is to allow Creators to voluntarily declare, in a standardized and verifiable manner, the level of human intervention in their Works, ensuring transparency for the public and protecting the value of biological authorship.

2. Detailed Definitions

A. Biological Authorship: The process of intellectual creation resulting exclusively from the cognition, experience, intention, and execution of a human being.

B. Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI): Any computational system or model designed to generate content (text, image, audio, video, code) by predicting patterns from training data.

C. Assistive AI (Non-Generative): Technological tools whose function is limited to technical optimization or automation of mechanical tasks without decision-making power over the core concept or aesthetics of the Work.

D. Work: The intellectual creation protected by copyright, including articles, photographs, illustrations, music, videos, and software code.

3. Certification Tiers (The Standard)

3.1. HUMAN CORE PURE (HC-PURE)

This level certifies the Work is a 100% product of Biological Authorship.

Prohibitions: No use of GAI is permitted for drafts, sketches, rhyming suggestions, or design variations, even if subsequently edited by the human.

3.2. HUMAN CORE ASSIST (HC-ASSIST)

This level certifies the Work was created by a human with assistive technological optimization.

Permitted Uses: Grammar checkers, audio noise reduction, image upscaling, or technical retouching. The creative core remains strictly human.

3.3. HUMAN CORE HYBRID (HC-HYBRID)

This level certifies a symbiotic collaboration between human and GAI.

Requirement: The human acts as Creative Director or Head Curator, while AI generates significant parts of the Work.

4. Rights & Anti-Training Clause

4.1. Anti-AI Scraping: By applying this License, the Creator makes an express reservation of rights. The use of the Work for training, fine-tuning, or development of GAI models is prohibited without a specific license agreement and prior economic compensation. The HC badge acts as a "Do-Not-Train" signal.

4.2. Recognition: This License reaffirms that moral rights belong to the human directing the process, regardless of the level of assistance used.

5. Creator Obligations

The Creator guarantees that the chosen category is truthful. Falsification of authorship (e.g., labeling GAI work as HC-Pure) is a contractual violation. Creators agree to maintain reasonable evidence of their process (drafts, layers, version history) in case of disputes.

6. Enforcement

Human Core operates on a decentralized community-watch model. Misuse of the brand results in immediate revocation of the right to use the badge for that specific Work. The organization reserves the right to publicly report fraudulent usage to protect the standard's reputation.
